  2. Lisa V. says

My dad loves cranberries and because he is getting older, he doesn’t do much cooking at all. This would be an easy dish I could make at his house in the morning and all he would have to do is take it out and eat. Great idea.

  3. Susan Ennis says

I use canned but this looks so delicious I am going to truth for my next day for a ne2 chicken recipe. Love trying new things!

  4. Beverly Metcalf says

I’ve never tried making my own. I always buy the canned cranberry sauce, which I think is good. Thanks for having this great giveaway!

  5. Louise Young says

I’ve done both. Canned are super convenient; basic scratch are easy and emotionally satisifying–however, when I add orange zest as a change up, I need to fine tune it so I don’t put too much zest in (it can be over powering to me). Any suggestions as to how much frest microplaned fresh zest is just right for one regular bag of cranberries?

  6. Marcy Shuler says

I’ve done both, but I prefer the recipe where you grind the berries with an orange (peel and all) and then add just a little sugar. So tangy.

  7. Kathy G says

I don’t eat it myself, but have family members that do. Usually just buy a can, but this sounds like a good recipe. I may have to give it a try.
