Cabbage is so wrongly under appreciated by everyone I cook for. These recipes look awesome, especially Cheesy Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage Casserole. I can’t wait to try them out and prove the worth of the cabbage to my boyfriend.
I think that cabbage is a veggie that’s often over looked for its flashy cousin, lettuce. I actually enjoy cabbage more than lettuce, but never know what to do with it, other than cook it with roast beef. Maybe if you could stick some cabbage in a sandwich, it would be more popular.
