I love trying easy recipes at this busy time of the year. And the microwave fudge is the best.
Turkey with just mayonnaise or a turkey club. I only have these on Thanksgiving week, and that is probably why I don t get tired of them.

My favorite sandwich is a BLT with avocado and must be made with Miracle Whip. I prefer a 7 grain bread, but will take a good wheat bread in a pinch.

Turkey club with dark meat, fresh garden tomatoes, avocado, & peppered bacon on a fresh sourdough roll. Barring that, a peanut butter and banana sandwich on toasted white bread.

My all time favorite, but can’t afford as often as I would care, is a Prime Rib Open Face with a large scoop of cottage cheese. If I have to settle for the one I can afford, it is a turkey melt with cream cheese and cranberry sauce.
