How delicious does this bowl of ripe, red raspberries look? I mean, I’m pretty much drooling just looking at it. It’s peak berry season and as a baker, I couldn’t be more excited. There are so many amazing recipes you can make using berries and so many great different kinds of berries to enjoy. Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries… you name it… I’m going to use them in my dessert recipes this summer, if at all possible.
Since I’m so excited about berry season, I was beyond ecstatic to learn that this week’s RecipeLion giveaway is for Driscoll’s berries. Driscoll’s fruits have always stood out to me as the cream of the crop. At the grocery store they’re always the ones that look the juiciest, ripest and most delicious. If you’ve never tasted them before, you should definitely give them a shot. Our editorial team tried out a variety of Driscoll’s berries the other day and posted their thoughts over on this review page. Check it out if you’re curious about how these berries taste.
In celebration of the summer berry season, we’re giving away $25 worth of Driscoll’s coupons to five extremely lucky winners. With these coupons, the winners can select the berries of their choice from their local grocery store. With $25 to spend, you can pretty much try every kind of berry Driscoll’s offers. How amazing is that? Fill out the entry form today and you could be one of those five lucky winners. And be sure to spread the word about this berry-licious giveaway to all of your fruit-loving friends. Maybe if they win they’ll be nice enough to share their berries with you or cook you a fruit-filled dessert with their loot! You have until Sunday, August 5th to enter the contest.
Since I’m on a huge berry kick right now thanks to Driscoll’s, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite berry recipes from RecipeLion.com. Check out these fruit-filled treats and make one for your family tonight. They’re perfect for summertime dining!
