I always thought biscuits were only a breakfast food. When I heard “biscuits” I thought of “biscuits and gravy” and nothing else. Then I learned that September is National Biscuit Month. Hmm…if there is a whole month dedicated to biscuits, they are probably more diverse than I thought. And you know what?
