All winter long, I’ve steered clear from salad. Can you blame me? I was far too busy indulging in warm, cozy winter recipes to give the mighty green salad its proper due. Now that spring has sprung, I’ve been browsing AllFreeCopycatRecipes.com for the perfect spring salad, filled to the brim with fresh fruit and crunchy vegetables. I found some great inspiration here in this collection of restaurant-inspired salad and dressing recipes, which I highly recommend you browse while you’re compiling recipes for weeknight dinners. Salads are fantastic meals for the whole entire family not just because they are heart healthy, but the no-bake element makes them a cinch to put together in no time.
The key to an enjoyable salad is the perfect dressing. Today, I’m thrilled to share this easy dressing recipe, Copycat Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette. It comes to us from Featured Foodie extraordinaire, Tara Noland. It’s a fantastically fruity recipe that is sure to brighten up any salad you pair it with.

Sounds delicious and simple, always the best of combinations. I too am a lover of warm, dense winter meals like creamy soup and mashed potatoes, which unfortunately have so few health benefits. I’m always looking for new ways to make salad more interesting, and fruit dressings are always a winner. I enjoy raspberry jam on my toast, so a salad will be a real treat. Can go with just about anything too!
