    Incorporating healthy ingredients such as whole grains, oats, and dried fruits (cranberries, etc.) and regular fruit–if the taste combination complements the original recipe–can be disguised easily into kids’ snacks. The aforementioned recipes in this article above is exemplary. These can also last for several days; this system could even allow for a regular, favorite snack of kids integrated in as a reward for munching these alternative choices first.

    The ides for homemade fruit snacks is fantastic for many reasons. The snacks are healthy, simple to make, and one of the best things is that they can be made with your child’s favorite fruit(s). The idea of using different molds is wonderful. Children love to eat snacks shaped like their favorite animals, superheroes, etc. I really believe the possibilities are endless there.

    read labels on enheytrivg use the products with low carbs and low sugar. beware of lables that say “sugar free” because this doesn’t mean low carb! For examle, flour and starchy foods may have no sugar but have lots of carbs.
