My favorite casserole, is one with chicken chunks with cooked brown or white rice, thousand island dressing, drained sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. You can also add in ham chunks if desired. The meat is already cooked, so everything gets mixed together except for the cheese which goes on top. It’s put in a 350 degree oven to cook until warmed through and swiss cheese is melted on top.
