My favorite no bakes are chocolate and oatmeal.
I love cooking this time of year.
I like to cook homemade soup.
my healthy meal favorite is grilled Cajun chicken with green beans and corn on the cob. for dessert mixed fruit topped with yogurt.
Baked salmon filets with roasted mixed vegetables
Grilled chicken salad – its great any time of year and you can make it seasonal with different add ins like craisins and pecans in winter!
my favorite healthy meal is chili made with home-ground chicken or turkey over a bed of brown rice.
Turkey Salad with fruit
Stir fry.
Mine is chicken noodle soup.
My healthy go to is salad with grilled chicken
Beans and rice with a side of veggies.
Healthy meal? Um…I don’t know. I’m still learning.
my healthy go to snack is a slice whole wheat toast, almond butter and sliced strawberries or banana on top.

I bake instead of frying food
My healthy go to is what I call vegetable soup. but it is more of a vegetable dump. I dump whatever vegetables I have on hand in a chicken stock.
Winter is my soup time and I can expect to have soup or chili at least 4 or 5 times a week.
My healthy meal is typically stir-fried vegetables with rice and tofu. I also like making vegetable soup or minestrone because it’s a meal in a pot!
Blackened salmon and salad
My favorite healthy go-to breakfast is plain nonfat Greek yogurt, frozen organic blueberries, and a dash of ground flax seeds on top.
Homemade soup: either chicken with vegetables and rice or beef with vegetables and barley. Homemade, hearty and healthy (plus is warms you up nicely on a blusterly day)
I eat a big salad with some grilled salmon.
