I have several. Mostly I use heavy plastic that can go in the dishwasher, but I also have the throwaways. Then I have the traditional wooden ones. I would love some new ones. The plastic ones don’t hold up very well to be honest.

Currently I am using two wooden boards, a large one and one that is about the size of a good paddle. I like the wood ones, but they are getting so old and over-used that I’m worried about contamination if they don’t get cleaned well. I could certainly use a need type of board. Those epicurean ones look pretty special. They would be great fun to use.
