Hello Readers! For our March Monthly Morsel Question we asked you, What is your favorite Easter or Springtime Recipe? Here a some of what our blogger friends had to say:
Solomon from Bnb Finder, and contributor for RecipeLion’s Blog
“In honor of all the berries that have become readily available now that it’s spring, here is “Baked Blueberry French Toast†from the Bottger Mansion of Old Town, Albuquerque, NM.”
Leigh Anne from Your Home Based Mom:
Sarah from Mr. Food:
“Forget candy it doesn’t feel like Easter to me if I’m not eating lamb! My all-time favorite Easter recipe is Mint Roasted Leg of Lamb. Say what you will, but I always serve it with a side of mint jelly for double the mint flavor! Since I don’t eat lamb very frequently, this dish always feels special and puts me in an Easter mood!â€
Thanks for contributing and sharing your recipes everyone!
