    Thanks for these helpful links! Eating healthy is so important but also so time-consuming. Cooking at home instead of grabbing on the go is always the better option, but who has the time?     Very intrigued by the Creamy Lemon and Garlic Pasta recipe – the idea of Yogurt as a saucing option is unique and potentially a great option for summertime flavor. Also, for anyone who is looking for further quick and healthy recipe options, don’t forget about salads! You can make an infinite variety of dressings for an infinite variety of salads in no time at all, and it’s really easy to throw in a quick protein (anything from grilled chicken to a hard-boiled egg) to make them a full, fast meal.

    This article is so great because it’s so realistic. Of course everyone wants to eat healthy, but no one wants to eat salads all day and by knowing that you can still eat your favorite comfort foods by substituting healthier options is just a plus! These meals all look so great, I don’t know which one I would want to make and eat first!

    Very interesting article! The biggest struggle about eating healthier is the quick and easy steps it takes to make all the unhealthy food. The Secretly Healthy Mac-and-Cheese looks so amazing and I never knew that such a dish could actually be healthy. These dishes are perfect for a society that always has full schedules.
