I am collecting the ingredients to make your chicken lo mein for two recipe. Maggi seasoning is listed but nothing by that name is available at my Kroger store. Google lists a dozen or more different varieties of Maggi seasonings, both dry and liquid. Please advise which to choose.
Best Regards,
Joe
Hello Joe,
We’re pretty sure you’re talking about the Chicken Lo Mein For Two recipe found on this page, and if this is the case, we recommend using the standard liquid bottle of Maggi seasoning. You can find it in 3.338 oz bottles online typically and in some grocery stores. The name ‘Maggi’ comes from a specific Swiss brand name, which is why it seems hard to come by.
I really am wanting to try making Hassleback potatoes, but I’m also trying to eat healthier. Any ideas on how to make hasselback potatoes healthier? Thanks!
Hello Crystal,
The healthiest hasselback potato recipe I could find is our Garlic Hasselback Potatoes recipe at FaveHealthyRecipes.com. Hope this helps!
I like the smashed potatoes! I’m a huge garlic & butter (+milk of course) mashed potatoes fan, but the peeling can take a while (that and shoving all the potato into a big enough pot…not a fan of splitting).
If you have a muffin pan and want something a little different, a potato stack can be delightful!
