It’s cold and dark when you come home from work, and you’ve had a tough day. What could you make for dinner that’s comforting and doesn’t take a lot of effort? Lasagna! One of the nice things about lasagna recipes is that they don’t have to look picture-perfect once you’ve got them made. Plus, if you put the layers in the pan in the wrong order, nobody will ever know.
We have lots of yummy lasagna recipes for you to make, but I’d like to share a few of my favorites with you. Lasagna cacciatore has chicken breasts in it, so it’s perfect if you’re not a red meat fan. If you have the same love/love relationship with cheese that I do, you’ll really love this blonde lasagna. Of course, no lasagna recipe collection would be complete without at least one veggie version. Even if you’re not a big spinach fan, I think you’ll like this green and white lasagna. Give it a try.
