Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

July 13, 2021 by Holly Wade

Hi again! Holly here from Club Crafted with a super easy peanut butter fudge recipe you’re going to love.

You can never go wrong with peanut butter recipes, am I right? Unless someone has an allergy, they probably love peanut butter as much as the rest of us. It’s one of those ingredients that I always have stocked in my pantry, and it’s become one of my most common baking ingredients.

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

This simple peanut-packed peanut butter fudge is ready in minutes, and it’s easy to add any candy and nuts if you’d like. In this recipe, I added peanuts to give it a little saltiness and crunch while keeping the pure peanut butter flavor. You can also add chocolate chips, cookies or, of course, Reese’s!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions:

For thin pieces of fudge, use a 9 x 9-inch pan, and for thicker pieces, use a loaf pan. I used a loaf pan for these photos. Line your pan with parchment paper, spray lightly with cooking spray and set aside.

In a saucepan on the stove, combine the butter and peanut butter on low heat. Stir occasionally with a whisk or spatula until melted together and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Stir in the pre-sifted powdered sugar a little at a time until completely combined (sifting the sugar ensures it dissolves better—trust me, I’ve made that mistake before). Lastly, stir in the peanuts.

Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with additional peanuts if desired.

Move to the fridge for at least 3 hours to solidify and then cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve on a platter or in mini cupcake liners (my preferred!) and watch it disappear.

If you love this, you may also love my recipes for slow cooker peanut butter brownies, chocolate peanut butter chip biscotti and brown butter peanut butter cookies (one of my all-time favs)!
