Giveaway: Sir Kensington’s Gourmet Scooping Ketchup

December 17, 2012 by RecipeLion 7 Comments

You’ve probably never given much thought to ketchup before, but you really should.  It’s one of the greatest condiments there is, at least in my humble opinion, and it can transform an ordinary dish into something incredibly tasty.  Like most people, I had only ever tasted the regular brands of ketchup that my grocery store carries, and they were fine.  But then I was introduced to Sir Kensington’s Gourmet Scooping Ketchup.  Yes, you read that right.  This ketchup has a fancy sounding name and a quirky logo of a man with a top hat and monocle, but don’t be fooled… this ketchup is seriously good.

What exactly is gourmet ketchup, you might be asking yourself.  I know I certainly was!  Well, let me tell you… the ketchup from Sir Kensington’s is produced in small batches with locally sourced, all-natural ingredients and it’s designed specifically for dipping (or “scooping,” as Sir Kensington calls it).  This doesn’t taste like your ordinary, run-of-the-mill ketchup that’s sometimes a bit too sweet and over-processed.  It’s incredibly rich in flavor and has a thicker texture than your average ketchup.  Even the packaging sets Sir Kensington’s ketchup apart from the competition.  It comes in these little cube-shaped containers that have a wide opening so it’s easy to dip whatever you want right into the top of the container.  Pretty genius, right?!  If you’re curious what other people thought about this gourmet ketchup, you can read more reviews here.

This week we’re giving away a special prize pack of Sir Kensington’s Gourmet Scooping Ketchup.  Three lucky winners will each receive two 11-ounce jars of ketchup (one in the classic flavor, a perfect tangy balance of sweet and salty, and one in the spiced flavor, infused with chipotle peppers, jalapeno, and cilantro), plus two mini-jars of ketchup, perfect for travel or a stocking stuffer, and a ramekin for serving.

Enter here for your chance to win gourmet ketchup from Sir Kensington’s!

Definitely on hot dogs. Also on corned beef and cabbage. Love it on a toasted fried egg sandwich.
