From grilling, baking, frying, and even pickling, you’ll find every which way you can imagine to cook up all parts of the pig in this 193-page cookbook. This book is super unique as the chapters are divided according to primal cuts, such as the shoulder, loin, bacon, and ribs. There are even how-to sections that show you how to make your own fresh sausage, tie up a crown roast, and cure bacon. This cookbook goes beyond just giving you recipe ideas.
See a sneak preview of one of the tasty recipes from this cookbook with the Bacon Beignets; they’re to-die-for!
Thanks for participating and good luck – remember don’t forget to enter.

I love bacon!! When I was growing up every year on my birthday I would ask for pork chops for dinner. Pork is awesome and I would love to win this!!
I love Farmland Bacon. I just have a hard time finding it in my area. Bacon is good with everything. It is even good with brussel sprouts that my son makes. Yummy!!
