Pantry essential flour, sugar, nuts, coffee, tomato sauce or paste. Salt, baking powder and baking soda, cooking oils and olive oil. I like to have everything on hand so if I want to bake or make something I have all the ingredients without having to stop and make a trip to the store. I always keep quick oats, sugar, butter and vanilla so I can make a batch of uncooked cookies when someone is craving chocolate or a sweet treat.
