Griddle recipes are the best kinds of recipes (and not just for breakfast). Why? Because we say so, that’s why! 🙂
No, really though. We love griddle recipes. They’re amazing. There’s just something about cooking things on a griddle that makes them taste delicious. Griddles give food such a wonderful golden-brown color and they make treats extra fluffy.
Confession: We can’t make pancakes without a griddle. We just won’t do it. They just don’t taste the same. Pancake recipes and griddle recipes should be one in the same because they’re practically made for each other.
While pancakes are usually a breakfast staple, they’re totally appropriate to eat for dessert too! After all, there’s no rule against eating pancakes for dessert or a late night snack. In fact, we highly recommend it. Here are a few of our favorite griddle recipes (mostly pancakes) that we’re crushing on right now!

Now that we’ve given you a handful of deliciously easy dessert recipes that you can make on a griddle, how would you feel about us giving you a Swiss Diamond Double-Burner Griddle as well? Because we really want to!
From now through February 8th, 2015, enter every day for your chance to win a Swiss Diamond Double-Burner Griddle. It’s completely nonstick (thanks to the fact that it’s made with real DIAMONDS) and you can use it both on the stove and in your oven. Honestly, you’ll never need to buy another griddle or cookie sheet ever, ever again.
You could make cookies like our favorite Insanely Soft Peanut Butter Cookies. In your oven. On this griddle! All you have to do is drop the dough on the griddle and stick it in the oven like you would with a normal cookie sheet. How cool is that? Cookie recipes can become griddle recipes!
Don’t believe us when we say that this griddle is amazing? Check out this video where one of our editors tells you exactly how awesome this Swiss Diamond griddle actually is!
