My favorite dish to make at Christmas time is Hungarian Hot dish. My husband’s sister used to make it and bring it almost every year for the family get together, which was usually at our house. She is no longer with us, so we carry on the tradition. It has three different kinds of meats in it. So, it is a really hearty dish! My boys, now grown, ask me to make it once in awhile, not just at the holidays.
