The cookbooks are written by Chef Addie Gundry who received her masters in culinary arts at Auguste Escoffier in Avignon, France. She has worked for chefs including Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Martha Stewart on management, restaurant openings, brand development, editorial, marketing, and sales. In 2015, Addie won Cutthroat Kitchen on The Food Network, and in 2017, she competed on Food Network Star.
Addie can currently be seen as the chef behind the RecipeLion Cooking Club, a venture launched in December 2018, which features a new cooking class video and accompanying eBook each week. In these videos, Addie shares her top cooking tips she’s learned through her years in culinary school and cooking on TV. Members also get access to the complete RecipeLion Cooking Club video library and cookbook library, featuring dozens of classes and hundreds of recipes.
