All winter long, I’ve steered clear from salad. Can you blame me? I was far too busy indulging in warm, cozy winter recipes to give the mighty green salad its proper due. Now that spring has sprung, I’ve been browsing AllFreeCopycatRecipes.com for the perfect spring salad, filled to the brim with fresh fruit and crunchy vegetables. The key to an enjoyable salad is the perfect dressing. Today, I’m thrilled to share this easy dressing recipe, Copycat Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette. It comes to us from Featured Foodie extraordinaire, Tara Noland. It’s a fantastically fruity recipe that is sure to brighten up any salad you pair it with.
Copycat Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon creamy Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk the jam, vinegar and mustard together. Slowly whisk in the oil and then the honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
