On the third day of our 12 Days of Christmas in July Giveaway, my true love gave to me…The Perfect Sliders Recipe from Stephen’s Stovetop BBQ!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces Gruyere cheese
  • 4 ounces arugula
  • 12 freshly baked slider buns
  • sliced red onions
  • sliced tomatoes

    I enjoy grilling zucchini and squash with a little olive oil rubbed on them with a bit of pepper and creole seasonings. ..don’t put too much.

    Spiced hamburger wrapped around a ball park frank. Gently place on grill and try not to take it off grill too early.

    My favorite grilled recipe would have to be meatloaf burgers. We never make them exactly the same because it just depends on the mood as to what we throw into them. They’re always juicy and flavorful. This is also a budget stretcher because we get more burgers per pound of meat. Would love to win & try Stephen’s Sotevetop BBQ. Thanks for the opportunity!! 🙂

    I make chateau briand steak,by mixing table salt and enough water to hold together,then place this mix onto wax paper a little larger than the steak.
    Place on hot grill,,steak on top. Cover and cook, turning once til done to your
    Liking…m&m good. Wax paper burns away and salt gets as hard as a pan..

    Brush sweet potato slices with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then grill. They are WONDERFUL!

    I love grilled peanut butter and fluff sandwiches!!
    *smiles so big*
    I make them for my boys and we love them so much!
    Is made just like grilled cheeses but with peanut butter and fluff instead.
    So easy to make, and I get a smile for them every time 🙂

    An easy recipe is to marinate shrimp in Italian dressing and then grill them on a grill till they turn pink and are done, Put them on a skewer for easy turning.

    My favorite to Grill is a Seafood Dinner (Fish – Shrimp and some times Lobster). With a side of Gr (illed Vegetables (Mushrooms, Zucchini, Corn Coblettes and even Potatoes) Add a sauce of your choosing (it doesn’t have to be Barbeque Sauce). It’s the Grilling that counts.

    My favorite grilled recipe is a grilled cocktail! Peach Sweet Tea Bourbon Lemonade. You grill 4 peaches and 4 lemons, put them in a pitcher, pour your freshly brewed sweet tea over the top, add your desired amount of bourbon, chill and serve over ice. The grilled fruit really adds an unexpected flavor twist!

    I love grilled veggies! I think Asparagus is my favorite, but grilling brings out the sweetness in cauliflower, broccoli, corn, zucchini… you name it. Just a little olive oil and some garlic and you’re all set. YUM!

    Grilled Chicken…Lay all the pieces on heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with some salt & pepper. Cover with more foil and set on the grill for about 45minutes. then remove, dip pieces into your favorite sauce and lay on the open grill, turn and add more sauce to your taste. Continue grilling till you have juicy and perfect grilled chicken that is fall off the bone delicious..

    My favorite grill recipe is brined and marinated chicken . The secret ingredient is molasses in the marinade.Of course a grilled steak is always number one but rare because of the cost.
