Holiday Party Snacks and Desserts
Hi! I am so excited to share our love of slow cooker recipes with everyone today! I have a goal of using my slow cooker at least 3 to 4 times a week. We share slow cooker recipes on our blog, Tammilee Tips, all the time. I hope you enjoy our favorite slow cooker desserts and snack recipes.
Holiday parties and events are starting to kick off with a bang! This is the perfect time of year to dust off your slow cooker and make an amazing slow cooker dessert.
First I have to start off with our most popular slow cooker dessert recipe ….Monkey Bread.
This Slow Cooker Monkey Bread has been re-pinned over 195,000 times! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler: This recipe is so dang easy to make! Add a few ingredients, and the slow cooker does all the work for you!
Slow Cooker Cherries Jubilee: This recipe tastes just like what you get on a cruise ship and your house will smell amazing!
Slow Cooker Bananas Foster: This slow cooker dessert is so easy and so delicious. I love making this when I have bananas I need to use.
Slow Cooker Cornbread is so easy to make and tastes amazing. It is the perfect snack or side dish.
Ranch Oyster Crackers are ah-mazing! I could eat the entire bowl full in one sitting if my husband didn’t take them away from me. They are easy to make and just taste so dang good!
Cajun Boiled Peanuts are my husband’s favorite snack. He says they remind him of growing up in the South. We don’t see a lot of boiled peanuts here in Spokane, so he loves when I make them in the slow cooker.
I hope you have enjoyed our favorite slow cooker dessert and snack recipes.

I love monkey bread!
Would love to try this monkey bread if I win! :o)
Have never tried doing this type of thing in the crockpot will be doing it soon. The peach cobbler looks great.
I have never tried desserts in a slow cooker, they all look so delicious. Maybe I will try when i receive my new one that I will win
I think one of my favorite slow cooker desserts would have to be a peach cobbler. I am absolutely going to try the boiled peanuts for my grand son, what a great idea! I want to try the ranch oyster crackers!
My goodness! It blew my mind when I learned I could make desserts and bread in my slow cooker, but party snacks!?! YAY!!! That will definitely help out during the holidays and free up space in the oven!
Looks good!
definitely will be trying one of these for Christmas dinner
I like the rice pudding and the apple cobblers Yummy
Monkey Bread is a house favorite! Never occurred to me to make it in my crock pot, thanks!
who knew all the creative stuff you could do with a slow cooker! the more the merrier…
I like the crock pot chocolate covered nuts candy.
Ranch Oyster Crackers…..What a great snack and so easy.
that Monkey Bread sure looks good, I’ve never heard of it before but will be testing out the recipe. Practically anything that can be made in my slow cooker is marvellous 🙂
Of the recipes shown, I would choose monkey bread. We have apple trees so any recipe using apple is helpful, I love Ranch oyster crackers, and when the family is together dips are a favorite. Slow cooker recipes are always a hit.
Can’t wait to try these recipes in my new Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker.
My mom used to make Monkey Bread with Rhodes Rolls, butterscotch pudding and other ingredients in a bundt pan. I am going to adapt her recipe and try it with the Grands Biscuits in a Slow Cooker and see how it turns out. I can just taste it now!!
Cobblers are my favorite. You have some good recipes in here to try.
oh yum, we love monkey bread! I’ll have to send the recipe to my sister so she can make it while her kids are home! They love it too!
ooooo! I am all about a holiday snack and appetizer!! I make candy and cristmas so not that many actual desserts.
Wow — I had no idea you could do so much with a Slow Cooker! Love these recipes!!
Lots of yummy food!
I GOT TO TRY THIS
I like all the recipes…but me being cajun…I’m gonna have to try the Cajun boiled peanuts!!!
These sound great.
I want to try all of these they sound good!
Can’t wait to try the peach cobbler recipe. Yum.
these sweets recipes look great!
On my way to check out your recipe links now. Great ideas for things I never would have thought could be made in a slow cooker. Thanks!
I’ve never made a desert in a crockpot, but these look wonderful, especially the Cherries Jubilee.
I LOVE APPLE COBBLER BUT WILL TRY ANOTHER KIND OF FRUIT…PEACH.
I love me some peach cobbler, especially since it only has three ingredients. The cherries jubilee looks good, too. Can you tell that I like pretty much anything I can put ice cream on? 😉
Merry Christmas!
Oh my. Ranch Oyster Crackers..could just eat them out of the bag! AND Cajun Boiled Peanuts. I discovered boiled peanuts when I moved to FL. How could I have been deprived for decades! If you haven’t tried them..DO! And if you’d rather not have the heat and spice, just leave out the crab boil and cayenne and they will still be GOOD.
must try this one
Would love to try the monkey bread!
I will definitely be trying the Cherries Jubilee and the oyster crackers!
so many treats, so little time… I better get cooking
My family loves peach cobbler, the boiled peanuts will be great for tailgating, I can’t wait to try the Cherries Jubilee and Bananas Foster and the Monkey Bread was a childhood favorite if mine growing up. My children will have it before going to the park! I don’t know which to make first, I’m going to have to cut the recipe size since my current crock pot is only a 4 quart.
I made the oyster crackers yesterday. While the lid was off for the second hour of cooking, I couldn’t stop eating them, so I think I need to make another batch!!!!!!!
They all look wonderful and will be trying some soon.
All these recipes look delicious……keepers!
Gotta try some peanuts!
looking better all the time.
monkey bread is great! never thought to try making it in the crock pot.
These snacks and desserts look scrumptious … my favorite food group LOL
Truthfully, I’ve never done a dessert in my slow-cooker. But I love monkey-bread, so I’ll have to try that.
Cornbread is one of my hubby’s favorites….can’t wait to try it in the crockpot.
never thought about cornbread in a crockpot
I haven’t tried a dessert yet.. maybe a molten fudge lava cake.
I make apple butter but that’s really the only sweet thing I make in the crock pot, except oatmeal. You have peaked my interest.
