Campfire season is almost upon us. Almost. And when I think of campfires, my mind instantly goes to s’mores. I just can’t get enough of them – the gooey marshmallows, the melted chocolate, and the graham crackers holding it all together. My mouth is drooling. I want to satisfy my s’mores craving NOW! Luckily, I can. I don’t have to wait until summer is in full swing to enjoy one; I can enjoy one today. AllFreeCasseroleRecipes has some AMAZING s’mores bars that you can make any time of the year. I hope you love them as much as I do!
The first one I want to share with you is called Perfect S’mores Bars. The day I laid my eyes on these bars, I went home and made them. Oh my word, I can’t tell you enough how much I loved them. The Graham cracker crust is thick and sturdy. The melted chocolate layer is pretty thick, too. And the marshmallows on top hold their shape, keep their softness, and are browned to perfection. The recipe was easy to follow and I recommend this dessert to all of you s’mores fans.
Two other s’mores bars variations include Drunken S’mores Bars and S’mores Cheesecake Bars. The first mixes brownie batter with chocolate stout, hence the “drunk” factor. Place marshmallows on top before sliding the pan into the oven, and they’ll come out perfectly melted. This is definitely an indulgent brownie recipe. S’mores Cheesecake Bars are another “can’t miss” dessert. You use the same three ingredients that are in s’mores, but you add cream cheese to give it more of a cheesecake feel. It will be super hard to wait for them to chill, but you must. It will all be worth it in the end.
