I am now 57 years old. One of the earliest meals I remember making was fried gizzards for my mom and her sisters for their monthly sisters only get togethers.

Our favorite is a four cheese chicken bake. Only 11 ingredients which includes the spices and cheese. Only takes about 50 minutes to the table and reheats the next day wonderfully. We use cut up chicken thighs instead of white meat because my husband does not like white meat but you can use either one. I found this recipe at http://www.adashofsanity.com/ back in March 2014 but it is still available on the site.
