Stupidly Easy Desserts with 5 Ingredients or Less

After preparing a big meal, the last thing that comes to mind of a tuckered out chef is dessert. It’s easy for the cherry on top of a fantastically healthy meal to fall to the end of the to-do list. But there are so many ways you can make easy desserts look fancy and delicious, many of which you can find on Fave Healthy Recipes. One of the healthiest options is obviously fruit and all it takes is a trip to the grocery store, a knife and a cutting board. They say people eat with their eyes first, then their mouths. Having a big bowl of fruit offers a rainbow of colors and flavors too. The best part about a fruit salad is that you can make it any time of the year and adapt what you include based on good produce prices and what’s in season. During the summer, I love fresh berries. With the combo of colors, I always add a little bit of powdered sugar on top. The moisture from freshly washed fruit mixed with powdered sugar makes a slight frosting that will satisfy a sweet tooth without being heavy at all.
