Trending: Jello Poke Cake Recipes are a Big Hit

November 1, 2012 by AllFreeCasseroleRecipes 2 Comments

Poke cakes have been growing in popularity, and for good reason. They are easy to make, and are just…fun. What makes a poke cake a “poke cake” is that one pokes holes on the top of the cake. Then, one pours some kind of custard or pudding on top, so it goes inside of the holes. The filling makes the cake less dry and all the more delicious.

AllFreeCasseroleRecipes has their fair share of poke cake recipes. I’ll be sharing four of them with you today. They include Boston Cream Pie, Pumpkin Spice, Tuxedo, and Oreo. These are just a few. The variations of poke cakes  go on and on. RecipeLion has a Pink Jello Poke Cake Recipe that’s feminine and fabulous. Bake or Brake is a foodie blog that has a recipe for Lemon Poke Cake. The flavors of poke cakes are endless, and although most are simple and easy, some can be elegant if you want them to be. This dessert is just as fun to make as it is to eat. So, check out these recipes and then dig in!
